Hi
I can se I had a colleague there no longer are in our company, who has claimed some devices in Intersight, is it possible to change user without to unclaim device and claim again.
If unclaim and claim is the only option, I will lose historic as I see, is that not correct?

Correct, to change the ClaimedByUserName you would need to unclaim/reclaim and Intersight would treat it as a new device.
If the user was removed from the Intersight account where the device was claimed and their local device access was also removed they would have no access to the device.
I would think of the ClaimedByUserName as an audit type event rather than permissions
