Problem on register License on install Intersight virtual appliance

Hi, 

I try to install the Intersight virtual appliance using ova (intersight-appliance-installer-vsphere-1.0.9-499.ova) and get to screen for register License. According to the video instruction (https://youtu.be/6RJ_V96HePM), I will enter token to register but now the web page change to ask for Authorization Code. I have try to use token but it do not accept. Where can I get the Authorization Code?
