UCSM Managed Mode (UMM) and Intersight Managed Mode (IMM)

According to Intersight link below, "You can choose between the native UCSM Managed Mode (UMM) or Intersight Managed Mode (IMM) for the Fabric attached UCS Systems during initial setup of the Fabric Interconnects. If you choose to switch back between UMM and IMM, you must erase the present configuration and start from initial setup."

So if I initialized the FI as UMM, I can still use Intersight to monitor the UCS domain, I just can not use Intersight to configure, right?

If I initialized the FI as IMM, will I still be able to login to the local UCSM?

Also, any link about feature comparision between UMM and IMM from setting up the UCS Domain perspective?

===Updates:

After posting, I found the following not-so-old youtube vids which pretty much answers my questions. But would still be looking for the feature parity information between Intersight and UCSM.
