WLC 5520 Can't get Internet Access

Please Help me to solve my problem.

I have WLC 5520 and run in 8.5.151.0 Software Version.

I got some issue with my WLC, 
and the issue is sometimes client cannot get the Internet acces and sometims the client heve internet access
maybe someone will help me with this problem.

Fyi my DNS is 10.10.1.2

the authentication is WebAuth 

- when client connected to the Internet WLC success to ping the DNS 10.10.1.2

- but when the client cannot connect to the internet it cannot ping the DNS 10.10.1.2

I do not see here issue with your WLC configuration

you need to compare - what IP address user getting, do you have different IP address range ?

on the second case the user may be not getting IP address (i am in guess) - check the DHCP pool make sure you have enough IP address free for the users to get IP address.

ipconfig /all give you all the information related to device what IP address got ?

where is this 10.10.1.2? Located in the network, check the path is the device can reach that IP address ?

yes, I have diferent IP address range. 

and I think the problem it's not the DHCP-Server, when I get the flapping log from the switch whice is connected to the WLC 5520 the host get the IP address but cannot connect to the Internet
maybe you can help me to configure my switch port?
