LoRaWAN Gateway is unreachable

Hello everyone,

I'm total newbie in this topic.
I installed LoRaWAN gateway, but it shows Alert Severity critical

Model of the device is IXM-LPWA-800-16-K9.

Cann anyone help me?

Either the router/switch/firewall has a block on ICMP. Check for ACLs/policy etc and then check the router once permitting this.

but it not werk. status of the device is now inventory but ich have a warning

"Device Serial Number either does not exist in PnP or its not linked to PNP Controller Profile for this deployment"

Serial number is correct, I think the device is with PnP linked too. 

What is another posibility to correct this warning?
