Can't download a CML topology

We are running CML 2.5 Enterprise.

I have downloaded project topologies before, but for some reason, it is not working today.

I first select the NODES options and select the nodes, and then EXTRACT CONFIGS (don't see a pop up box to save them, don't recall if there is a pop up), but the Notifications box show's messages that indicate it happened - "Extract node configuration started for RTR 3 , Extract node configuration finished for RTR 3, 

Then tried SIMULATE, DOWNLOAD LAB, and no pop up nor is yaml saved to the download folder on Win2016 Server VM.

The Notifications box does not have a message about the DOWNLOAD LAB occurring.

Any ideas ?

I think it may be the Chrome version.  I upgraded to CML 2.5 and was running an older version of Chrome.  I tried to access the Cockpit from another VM running a newer version of Chrome and it works
