Can't Start Devices in CML.

Hello,

Having been having an issue with devices on CML. I start devices but they seem to hang and I can't console into them. I've tried wiping them and restarting, or even just building completely new topologies but run into same issue. Get this error when I start a device "...: Launch Queue (Timed out while connecting to http://[::1]:8002/consoles/start:"  

Also noted CPU load doesn't seem to change when I try starting a device. Just at 0%.

No idea why this is happening last few days.

Think I figured out what the issue was. Was trying to start a new lab while shutting down the default one at the same time.

Opened a new reservation and waited for default lab to completely shut down before starting up a new one and everything worked perfectly.
