Cisco CML switches receiving error

Receive this error when trying to start up a switch:

 cat9000v-s1-0: Failed to choose a suitable compute node (cml-controller has insufficient total HW resources.)

Do not receive when starting a router. 

I do exceed all the system requirements, hoping someone saw this before.

Just an update, it is specific to the two beta CAT9000 switches.

I know this is an old post, but anyway... the cat9000v's need a lot of resources. If your CML VM doesn't have enough CPUs or memory, the cat9000v's won't start. I had to get a bigger server last year for this reason.
