cml console will not function

i am trying to set up routers and when i press the console it gets stuck at the "press enter to activate this terminal" prompt. i have tried restarting cml a couple of times, cleared all my cookies and tried 4 different browsers but to no avail

is this ever worked ? what is the version of the CML ? is this installed on as VM or bare metal.

Cml 2.0 personal, it is installed as vm. It has been functioning properly until yesterday

Turn off the VM completly, Turn off PC completly, and boot PC and VM start and check if that works .

Also worth check any Antivirus Updates or any windows Updates cauing this issue,.  is this VM workstation or Player ? (what version)

have you tried the breakout tool? Would be interesting to know whether CML itself has issues with the VMs or if the browser interaction is causing this issue.
