CML installation - unable to access 'user workspace management login'

Hi there,

I have followed the steps detailed in 'Cisco Modeling Labs 1.0 Corporate Edition System Administrator Installation Guide' but am stuck at the point where I log into the user workspace management web page.

I have tried using both the IP address and the FQDN of the CML installation. I can ping out from the CML install. Also when I attempt to connect my HTTP session is redirected to port 8081, so I know CML is doing *something*, however I am still unable to connect.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you please open a TAC case so that this issue can be traced.

Try Accessing with port 8000, You will be able to access AutoNetkit Visualization page.
