CML-P 2.1 user administration changes

I couldn't find anything specific in the documentation, but does CML 2.1 with a personal license no longer allow additional users? I had the ability to create additional users in 2.0, which was nice just for the purpose of separating admin and user roles. If it is gone, I'll go back to 2.0 since 2.1 doesn't appear to be much of a game changer. The server says my license is still good, so I am assuming that the user limitation is a new 'feature'.

"ability to create additional users" should not be available in CML Personal; only in Enterprise version of CML.

Out of curiosity, was that intended to be the case in 2.0 and they missed it, or did they decide to make a change going forward? I think I remember VIRL personal supporting multiple users.
