Need to de-register CML

I've been using CML however, when I upgraded to a new PC, my CML now says it is not registered. So I tried to register it using the token that I got, but when I did, it now says "compliance error".

 

The advised step is to de-register CML. I've done it on the VM but I am unable to do it successfully from the Cisco Learning Network Store. The error I get is "Deregister unsuccessful! Please try again later"

 

It has been a few days of trying, but no luck. I've also called Cisco support by telephone, who forwarded the call to the Learning team, who then just dropped the ball saying other team handles the compliance error which do not have a phone.

 

In summary, need help in de-registering the token for my CML, so I can re-register it.

I think you should go to CLN site and CML forum. I saw instructions on this problem/issue listed there.  I think there is a link where you give them info and ask for de-registration.  Also, you can always post the same question in CLN forum.
