Newly placed oder unable to download CML personal

Hello, 

 

placed order for CML personal today and got email confirmation saying the status is active. i can view the license keys, but unable to download the software. Keeping getting the message as per the attached. Should i wait. Tele support is not available and email prompts to register on a site, for which i get the same message. 

 

any thoughts on whats to be done.

got the above URL in one of email responses ( automated I guess ) from learning@cisco  

centralized support. the same issue when trying to signup/login.
