I have been unable to download CML PE as when I go to download I get the following error:
You are not authorized to download the CML PE software because our record indicates that your CML subscription has expired.
Visit the Cisco Learning Network Store to purchase a new CML PE
If you feel this message is in error, please submit a case online via www.cisco.com/go/certsupport and include your Cisco.com ID and CML order number.
I have contacted support and they have said to try the community.
Can anyone help me with this ?
