My Cisco VPN ANY CONNECT gets disconnected after 40 mins which leads to disconnection to my work software. what could be the possible reason and how to troubleshoot? After every 40 minutes, it tries to reconnect and leads to disconnection from my work application. My ISP says its not the issue from their end as they did not see internet breakage/seizure at their end.

Hi,

 

We used to get the same issue earlier post 4.8 anyconnect version upgradation that looks fine.

 

There could be another option, to change the MTU size 1200 on your machine that could help but not possible to change the MTU on every laptop or Machine.

 

Apart from this if ISP says that there is no issue at their end it doesn't make any sense because they dont monitor each and every users links and that not possible as well.
