WiFi SSID not visible to some users. Cause & solution?

Hello,

In our enterprise network, we have an open WiFi SSID that is properly configured. However, some users cannot see or detect the SSID when scanning for networks on their devices. We have verified that the SSID is correctly set up on our wireless infrastructure, and it is broadcasting for some users. What could be causing this issue and how can we resolve it?

@jasonroy1565 hi, is this SSID limited to specific frequency? old device may not support 5Ghz. try enabling both 2.4 and 5Ghz frequencies. also make sure radio support all common channels.
