Hi,
We are planning to install MX300 and SX20 in our environment. It says they support Cisco proximity. If we want to connect a laptop running on windows using WiFi , does that laptop need to connect to corporate network or MX300 generates its own WiFi so any local user can connect without connecting to corporate WiFi.

Ultrasound used only for transmit token.
The connecting device must have a IPv4 routable path between itself and the Video System using HTTPS (port 443).

Hi Santosh,
Laptop or any device for Cisco Proximity must have IP connectivity to your MX300 or SX20.

So if I understand correctly a guest from outside the organization cant use Cisco proximity as he is not on the same network. Somewhere I read that MX300 creates its own ultrasound waves for pairing, is it true?
