Hi,
I would like to know if proximity works with SX10n please?
I have tried all the options mentioned in the forum but none of them work for me.
Thanks

Yes - the SX10N is definitely supported.
Can you verify you have enabled Proximity (xCon Proximity Mode: On, and enabled all the services)? And that you run CE 8.x?
Have you verified any ultrasound token sent from the unit?
There is a thorough trouble shooting guide here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12159326/troubleshooting-guide-cisco-proximity
Try specifically the part listed in "Ultrasound Analysis" if you are stuck.
Hope this helps,
-Henrik

Yes, the SX10n was specifically designed to work better with proximity than the "SX10 (no N)" version it replaced.
This is discussed in the Product End-of-Life Notice for the SX10: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/telepresence-quick-set-series/eos-eol-notice-c51-736393.html
