We are experiencing issues with Proximity app when attempting to connect to the Cisco Webex Room Kits. Recently, the app has been stuck in a loop, alternating between searching for the Room Kit and displaying an error (indicated by a red microphone icon). Unfortunately, the error message disappears too quickly as the app resumes searching, preventing us from identifying the specific issue.
Additionally, please note that this issue does not occur consistently.

PC: Windows 10 (build: 19045.4412), Dell latitude 5540
Cisco Proximity: Version desktop-4.0.0
