We have a number of the new 2018 MBP's that are unable to connect via proximity to any conference room. Other models have confirmed connections are working to these same rooms so it does not appear to be a codec configuration issue.
The machines in question are on the correct network and appear to have access to the codec. The microphone was granted permissions for use with the proximity app, the mic has been tested to confirm it picks up audio, the proximity app has been reinstalled several times, but these machines all see the same behavior. They will hang indefinitely on the "Finding Video Systems" page without advancing.
Any ideas on what's going on here? Has anyone else had problems with these new Macbooks?
Thanks!
