I'm using Webex Teams and Meetings and I have no problem connecting to my office webex devices with proximity, but when I go to a customer (same device and cloud registered), my Teams app does not find any of customer's webex device. Is this normal ? Is there any config on webex regarding this issue like 'not allow external users' or similar?
