1. When starting a webex meeting from Webex Teams(not Webex meetings), it keeps crashing after the meeting going for a while. Crashed 5 times in a month. My macOS is High Sierra 10.13.5. I know the version might be a little bit out of date, but that is not the reason why we can not handle a product properly. IMAGE how real customer using our webex compare to other competitors???
2. Audio connection always have a issue, whether it is start meeting from Webex Teams or Webex meetings, 1/2 of the time that the participates can not hear each other's voice through webex meeting. Imaging every employee wasting half an hour a day just to adjust the audio connection to the meeting, then the productivity for whole company will reduce how much ????
3. Not sure how Webex Teams handle Webex meetings(If you start a webex call from Webex Teams) which doe NOT even have a recording option unlike Webex meeting app.....
