Packet tracer login issue

Hello,

 

Can somebody help me?

I cannot log in to the Cisco packet tracer.

I opened two accounts, and with both, I can log in on the Cisco website, but when I open cisco packet tracer app and try to log in I get the message :" Sorry, we can't find a NetAcad account associated with this Cisco account"

I think you must fix login under Net Academy to use PT.  can you log in to Net academy using their website?  go to https://www.netacad.com/ and use under Login ,  Login help.
