About Cisco License Ordering in Catalyst 9000 series

I'm trying to order some core and access level C9000 series switches to replace the old ones in our campus .

Considering we will be continuing to only use traditional features designed , I'm trying to figure out :

Is it feasible to only order the Network Stack license ,which is perpetual .

Or put it like this , we have no SDN need , can I cut the Term Based licenses off (like DNA license ,etc) without buying them ?

I tried , but failed to find if theres any tool can lookup that .

even you do not have DNAC and SD-Access in Place still you need to add as mandatory.
