Hey, shortly, I want to add Access Lists to my different VLANs. I know how to do it with certain ports, but VLAN didn't work. I've looked up for some solutions, but they had their VLANs on the same ports (for example; all VLAN 10 PCs in the same port), so it didn't really help me, because they ended up configuring the port.
I want to create an ACL on a VLAN and regardless the position of its components, it should work. Can you guys help me? I've tried something called "mapping", but Cisco Packet Tracer doesn't support that one. Also, my ACL should be with IP addresses, and not MAC addresses.

you should not use Packet tracer for advanced labbing like Vlan Maps (aka Vlan ACLs or vlan route-maps); PT is just a sim to simulate behavior of IOS but it is not real IOS of any kind.
Your options are CML, free online access via DevNet Sandbox or purchase your own CML from CLN store (1-year license); GNS3, Eve-ng, All those use virtual IOS or real copy of IOS from 7200s router (IOS 15.x).
