AnyConnect and RMM Issues

This all started back when Ventura rolled out, but we weren't 100% sure why we were unable to connect to some Mac machines. Now that Sonoma is out it's more apparent, but are able to connect to certain machines without rhyme or reason. And, oddly enough, this only happens when user's are at home or not on the office WiFi.

RMM company doesn't seem to know *why* this is happening, and up until a few days ago when I took a new M3 and tested it myself I had an "ah-ha" moment, sort of. I'm able to connect to this Mac when it's on my home network no problem. When I connect to AnyConnect I am unable to.

A few weeks back troubleshooting with them we noticed in the Filter section under Network there were some extra Cisco items in there to a Mac we were able to connect to vs a Mac we couldn't connect to. It appears to be all the Socket Filter items. So, I removed AnyConnect and reinstalled (since the Socket Filter was deleted) to get those back. No change though with these specific Mac's. And might I add I can't nor can anyone connect to them even when they're not connected to the VPN. And it's not just a handful of Mac's when I say "these specific Mac's."

I'm out of ideas and don't understand why this is happening, but this occurred when Ventura rolled out and since Sonoma is based on that it's the same, and assuming it will be the same going forward with osX. What is it about Ventura/Sonoma that Cisco doesn't like?? Talking to them other customer's of theirs are also experiencing this issue and they're stuck as well. Anyone else have this problem or any ideas of what I could look at/try?
