Hello - I am trying to download the Cisco AnyConnect application to my Mac and upon running the "System Scan Summary" it appears that the following is a required update: Any_AM_Definition_Mac. When i click "start" to process the update, there is a pop-up from Cisco AnyConnect that states the following message; "The remediation you are attempting is not supported by this product. Please contact your system administrator."
Please assist with information on how to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue, please help.
I have installed Cisco AnyConnect (4.10.01075) to my Mac (11.5.2 Big Sur) with F-secure (21.2).
When I try connecting to VPN all goes smoothly until System Scan 30%.
If I click "Start":
Mac's XProtect is up to date:
system_profiler SPInstallHistoryDataType | grep -A 5 "XProtectPlistConfigData"
AnyConnect has identified F-Secure:
What could be wrong? Please help.

The solution in my case was to uninstall F-secure and install Avast instead. As the latest F-secure was not in the supported AV's chart: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/ac_compliance_module/cisco_anyconnect_ise_posture_mac_support_charts_for_compliance_module_4_3_1935_4353.html
