AnyConnect VPN 5.1.2.42 is not connect to URL(vpn.xxxxxx:port) only IP

Good morning, We have encountered many problems with the previous version of AnyConnect, the clients always received "Connection attempt has failed" and "Check your internet connection", we have upgraded to the latest version of Cisco Secure Client 5.1.2.42, and now we have a big problem we are not able to connect through the url: vpn.xxxxx:8443, but if we use the Public IP address if we can connect: xxx.xxx.xxx:8443 this is a big problem for us, since we work with another backup Public IP, so we need this directed to our URL. Please this is urgent, it causes us a lot of problems to have to change all our users to the IP address. Thank you very much for your help Best regards Rosa

Hi Rosa,

Sounds like External DNS issues to me, if it is not possible to resolve the url.

Are you sure your Public adresses are in your External DNS?

Yes, we didn't change nothing in the public Ip or DNS
And on Friday before the update of Cisco Secure Client was working
