hello, we bought L-AC-PLS-LIC= Secure Client Advantage Term License, Total Unique Users 200 licenses.
i convert the PAK to Smart account and i have 200 licenses on smart account portal. I added the license to Firepower fom FMC and i saw on smart account 1 used and 199 available. I did all the configuration on FMC for remote access vpn and 3-4 users connected just fine. But i still view 1 license used and 199 available. why???
