Anyconnect-win 4.8 on Windows 10 , surf on Internet is very slow

Hello,

I am using Anyconnect-win 4.8 on Windows 10

When Anyconnect is running , surf on Internet is very slow.

On Windows 7 , I have no slow problem...

 

Is it possible to resolve this problem ?
