I'm using Yealink T54W and T33G with BroadWorks platform.
And I'd like to use SCA with my phone and softphone. Set the Yealink phone as the primary device and the soft clients(softphone) as SCA.
When I want to transfer the call, I press the transfer button, it says "Not Emergency Call" on the screen.
Anyone knows why? Thanks in advance.
