Kindly ask, if I have kind of this case please kindly advice
Previously, the maintenance was under another vendor, now this other vendor is in the middle of upgrading from NXOS to ACI mode, but they didn't update the CCWR, so what the renewal team generated was still ECMU NXOS om, while the customer asked for ECMU ACI
My question is as follows:
1. If we cancel and then we reorder we can change the system still CON-ECMU-N93LAN to CON-ECMUS-ACIADXF?
2. Or does it have to be from the incumbent vendor change the SWSS, then we can generate CCWR with the appropriate ECMUS?
