Bug in time display of alerts Catalyst C1000 (15.2 7(E7)) ?

I am seeing a weird date display in the Alerts view of my Cisco catalyst C1000-48T-4X-L.
Am I missing something and have a bad config, or is there a bug in the date display of the alerts window.
date is displayed as 2023-00-20  ( current date January 09, 2023)

For some reason, the attachments seem to have dropped off while committing, retry to add them
