tacacs+ auth issue in IOS version :Version 15.9(3)M6

find my debug output, i have compared with working location config also i have upgraded the IOS from c800m-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M4a.bin to latest. post that tacacs not working

Can you post what the config looks like ? what TACACS are you running?

which version are you running correctly? the subject mentioned 15.9 and the content have 15.5
