C9407r Power Shutdown

I have 2 C9407R in stackwise virtual. Then there is multiple power outage on both, then the startup-config disappeared each time I apply power back.

I was applying the backup config each time to restore the network.

But now:

1. remote/ssh stopped working (Error: Session stopped, Network error: Software caused connection abort) - see screenshot 1 attached

2. console also working (showing only banner but no prompt for username and password) - see screenshot 2

What firmware is the VSS on?

Raise a TAC Case and ask TAC to verify if this is CSCvs71697 or CSCwa86696.
