Hi,

I've downloaded free Cisco AnyConnect iOS version for iPad from Apple App Store.

I can't find any way to download Cisco AnyConnect Mac version without some sort of Cisco service contract.

Is there a way to download Cisco AnyConnect Mac version without Cisco service contract? and if not, what is easiest way to purchase needed contract?

Thanks already in advance

Petteri

As long as you purchased the product and you have License for that, your CCO account able to download.

still issue contact sales team or local partner to help you.

Thanks for your response,

I'm not sure what you mean by CCO account? I've created this account for Cisco long time ago and I'm not sure what kind of account it actually is.

I've Cisco RV340 router, and it's including (no extra contracts needed) 50 instances of AnyConnect tunnels.

https://blogs.cisco.com/smb/new-important-update-for-our-cisco-rv340-series-anyconnect-licensing

I've installed AnyConnect client for my iPad and iPhone from Apple App Store, and all is working really well.

I just can't find a way to download AnyConnect client for macOS from any Cisco resources (don't want to download it from any third party resources) If I log in to my Cisco account, and follow Cisco instructions to download AnyConnect client, it ends up the message I need  support contract to download it. All other "small business" software are downloadable.

Thanks!

If you getting error "I need  support contract to download it" - then you need contact License or sales team to approve this to your account entitled for - (also other hand you can contact the partner where you purchased this product t- help you).

have you looked below document - (that contains download link for 4.10 AnyConnect)

Yes, I have seen this document, and (Download latest) link takes me to the download page where it refuses to download it because of  missing contract. (or have I missed something here?)

"- then you need contact License or sales team to approve this to your account entitled for -"

Do you have any suggestions what is the easiest way to do this? (this router is purchased second hand because it was not available anymore, and it successor model had several month delivery exceptions when I needed to replace my router)

Thanks again!

Petteri

Forgot to add, I could try to contact this reseller who I was supposed to purchase this successor model, but I'm not sure if they have any time to help me on this on?
