Can'tchange SSO account when I login into RDP

Hi all, I have a next issue

Our client implemented SSO in Cisco and now one of my team members has an issue with the Cisco Anny Connec. Situation

He log in to the work PC via RDP. On the PC where he login into RDP, he runs Cisco Anny Coonect and can't choose an account, Cisco automatically chooses an account that is linked to the PC(but for Cisco Anny Connect user must use another account). We tried to find a solution, by googling, changing Cisco XML configs but this didn't help.
but other persons who log in to a work PC without RDP can switch accounts.
Could you help with this? Maybe someone has this issue and knows how to fix it. Or maybe you have idea of what we need to try next?
