So its basically what the title says, when I want to transfer a phone call to a colleague but when he does not respond I cant cancel the phone transfer by tapping the red cross. However I can just forward the call without consolation while in the same menu.
I have to wait until the the call ends automatically to resume the call. Or the colleague needs to pick up for the red cross to work.
Is this a known issue or just the way webex is designed ?
