I have done career Threat bat and Cyber security exam at Cisco Networking Academy. I haven't received a bat mark, my email says that I have completed the exam successfully. The test is still on the My career platform, and i cannot mark it complete myself. Who should I contact to get help with this problem? For some reason, the exam does not update as completed in my course.
