dear all
I have been trying to connect my cisco 9200 series switches to the smartnet. everything went fine but after some months i saw that in the smartnet the device has been failed to renew. I removed the devices from the smartnet and treid to link them back with a new token to the smartnet but it is not going. switches are running the software 16.12.1 and 16.9.1. Also discoverd that the configuration guides for related to those softwares are not accesible from cisco.com.
please help / suggest
