Cisco 2960 48 tcl problem

Hi

I have an SW 2960-48 TC-l when I plug power, all LEDs are blinking and then the only system LED blinking for 5 or 6 seconds and all the LEDs are off and SW does not work !!!????

When power is plugged fan is working normally.

 What is the problem and how can fix it.

When you connect the console cable to switch, what you see on the console any logs ?

if not leave the console cable connected and recycle the power, so switch will intiate the boot and you see logs.

you do not see anything on the console, then if you smartnet contract, raise a TAC case and RMA.

when recycling the power in console show nothing

we do not access to RMA, can help me to fix problem ?!!

if no console access and no logs, nothing can be done, this kit is dead.
