Cisco AnyConnect network adapter won't enable

Hi everyone,

I've got a user who is unable to successfully connect to VPN from home.  They're running Windows 10 with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client v 4.10.00093.  Whenever they try to connect, device manager shows the virtual miniport adapter as disabled and doesn't enable.  They have to manually enable it during the login process in order for it to work.  Normally, it enables on its own and disables when the user disconnects from VPN.  We just replaced their laptop and it was working fine there and the versions are the same. I tried my own account for it and the issue remains, so it's not an issue with their account.  Any ideas as to what's causing this?
