CISCO ASR 1002 with burnt bootflash

I have a Cisco-ASR 1002 sitting idle for a long time, because the flash memory, which starts the operating system, burned out, does anyone know if there is a way to change it? And if you could send me the link to the product to purchase, I would appreciate it.

As you can see, it looks like a flash of this ASR burned out, I'm going to try to boot directly from the PEN DRIVE and use this speck, I just don't know if this version of ROMON is compatible to run

As you can see, I try to boot from USB, since the BOOTFLASH is burned. However, via USB it loads the image, but it seems that the IOS checks the integrity of the Bootflash and does not allow the system to start, does anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be? Could it be "asr1000rp1-adventerprisek9.03.16.10.S.155-3.S10-ext.bin" that doesn't allow charging via USB?
