Cisco CLI Analyzer won't connect to Switch

Good morning, Community.

I am having an issue with the Cisco CLI Analyzer v3.6.8.

I have four switches, all the same model, same settings, same username and password.

I used to be able to get into all of them but recently the fourth has stopped working and throws "Session Disconnected" immediately when I try to log in, every time.

I have deleted and readded the device. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Cisco CLI Analyzer.

I can access the switch on the Web GUI and via PuTTY, but using those settings in the CLI Analyzer only shows an immediate "Session Disconnected".

Thanks for whatever insight you might have.

Looks to me like the SSH handshake issue, check on the device logs, and why it failing to connect.

make sure the CLI analyzer and device should accept the same ciphers to connect.
