Cisco CVP VXML Insert Element Returned a Null Exit State

Hi Cisco Dev,

Cisco CVP Version - 10.5

We are using a VXML Insert element in our CVP call flow but we are running into a issue and has not come across any solution so far. We have looked into Cisco Guidelines online and documentation but not much help so far. Please find below stack trace from the error log. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

Activity Log :

element, warning,A session has timed out after 5 minutes. This is most likely caused by a start of call class or action element at the top of the callflow not completing before the voice browser's fetch timeout occurred. To resolve it ensure this class executes in a timely manner or run it in the background. Session timeouts may also occur under high load or if there are issues with a load balancer or voice browser.
