Hi,
I am using Cisco jabber application on my iphone, I can receive the calls and make the calls there is no problem in that.
But when I don't use my mobile for few minutes there is an error on the app like "Could not connect to phone services"
Once I refresh it works fine, again after few minutes same problem. I checked with my admin, he said there is no problem on the server. Please advise how to solve this problem.
I am using Iphone 13.
