Cisco NXOS bug id: CSCwj97009

Dears,
I have 4 NEXUS switches at production environment, their model are N3K-C3172TQ-10GT, BIOS version 5.3.1, NXOS 7.0(3)I7(7).
I noticed Cisco release the related bug, includes CSCwj97009

So I have 2 questions.
1)
As the CSCwj97009 description, in「with the exception of the following Cisco platforms」
we have not any solution currently, to resolve CLI Command Injection Vulnerability this bug in N3K-C3172TQ-10GT , right?
2)
「Cisco NX-OS Software releases 9.3(5) and later are not affected by this vulnerability」
but in 「Known Affected Release」, it still show versions that are later 9.3(5). I'm so confused.
