Hello. Anyone know how to force work cisco poe ports with lower power then 15.4w? I cant seem to get work any devices which has ieee status 0 with lower power then 15.4w. 10w could be more then enought, but it wont let me start device.

Configuring manual power draw is not an ideal way to troubleshoot PoE issue.  

Please explain what is happening and what kind of switch is this?
