Big whoop, I'm part of the Cisco Community. Did not ask to be. Just asked for support for an issue with the WebEx App on my Mac which is currently useless. If being a part of this community works as well as Cisco products do, in my experience, there is no chance of disappointment because my expectations are extraordinarily low. What I would like is a product that works and support that gets it working when it does not.
