Hi,
We are having some issues getting smart licensing to work with our Cisco ISR 4000 series routers and wondered if anyone can help? We upgraded a router to an IOS requiring smart licensing, so are trying to use the DLC method found in the docs.
For one router, it registers to our on prem satellite server, but then keeps sending us an alert about DLC failing to convert.
We only have the standard IPBase licenses, so would you expect a license to appear in the inventory section? As currently we only see the device in the product instance, but it does not create a license like switches do.
We then have another issue on a customer on prem satellite server, where we are receiving the message: Token invalid. The customer has tried creating new tokens, but the same message is received. Again this is trying to register a router to then use DLC to create a license.
Thank you in advance.

Dear
I have a issue.
I have a Cisco router, and the license is showing in the "show license detail" command, but it is not showing in the "show version" command.
Regards
